About the position

The ATM QA Analyst is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and triage of ATM machines. This role involves loading software images, monitoring ATM behavior, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of ATM services.

Responsibilities

• Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
• Monitor behavior and report errors, wrong screen flows, beeping sounds, blank screens, and reading ATM diagnostic screens.
• Support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
• Load fake cash, receipts, and statement papers to ATM.
• Request new IP Address for new ATM as required.
• Update Configuration Repository database as per request from QA.
• Configure cash dispenser, fix jams, or reset various devices on ATM.
• Maintain different code levels on multiple Aconnex environments.
• Support Aconnex Crosscheck so QA can do their unit testing in-house.
• Ensure crosscheck is always available and scripts are running.
• Troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as supposed to.
• Send service request to NCR support when an issue cannot be resolved.

Requirements

• Experience with ATM deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ATM configuration and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to monitor and report on ATM behavior and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with updating configuration databases and managing code levels.
