Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service for members and guests.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms and restrooms.
• Clean and repair shoes for members and guests as requested.
• Assist in housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Restock all items used in the locker rooms and maintain cleanliness by mopping floors and cleaning showers.
• Stay knowledgeable about club services, features, upcoming events, and specials.

Requirements

• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
