About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Attentive Autism Care. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals through the application of evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and applied behavior analysis, focusing on providing high-quality care to clients with various behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide behavioral therapy services to clients with various behavioral health needs
• Implement interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other support staff

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines for patient care
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and colleagues
