Responsibilities

  • Engage in negotiation and informal dispute resolution.
  • Serve as a liaison with the Office of Legal and Enforcement Counsel.

Requirements

  • Possess a J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Be duly licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney under the laws of any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Hold an active bar membership in good standing.
