• Minimize impacts of unforeseen circumstances related to transactions.
• Support claims team in review, negotiation, and settlements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a background in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, and Taxation.
• 5-10 years of experience in M&A, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of investment banking and financial accounting.
