About the position

As an Attorney Recruiter at DiPasquale Moore, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented attorneys for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will serve as an ambassador for our firm, representing our values and culture to potential candidates. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and nuances of attorney positions within the organization. You will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to attract high-caliber attorneys, utilizing various channels such as job boards, legal associations, referrals, and direct sourcing. Proactively sourcing, screening, and evaluating attorney candidates will be essential to ensure alignment with organizational needs, culture, and values. You will conduct phone interviews with prospective attorneys to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is crucial, as you will provide timely communication and feedback. Additionally, you will facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules, preparing interviewers, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process will also be part of your responsibilities, as you address any concerns or questions to secure successful hires. Building and maintaining a strong network of legal professionals will be key, as you foster relationships and keep abreast of industry trends and talent pools.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in legal recruiting.
  • Working knowledge using job boards, social media, and internal recruiting systems.
  • Proven success in identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves
