Responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload of ERISA and employee benefit plan cases.
- Provide legal analysis and advice on employee benefits law.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding case progress and legal matters.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence related to ERISA cases.
- Stay updated on changes in employee benefits law and ERISA regulations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of legal experience in employee benefits law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge or exposure to ERISA regulations.
- Excellent writing, communication, and legal analysis skills.
- KS and MO Bar licenses preferred, with the ability to obtain the other if only one is held.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Westlaw.
