The Manager, Digital Buying Experience is a pivotal role within the Retail Buying Experience team located in Reston, VA. This position is responsible for overseeing a Solutions Lead and guiding a team of Digital Retail Consultants in dealerships. The primary focus of this role is to manage the departmental budget and all purchasing activities related to the Digital Buying Experience. The Manager will be accountable for the Tier 1-3 Digital Buying Experience, all AoA lead activities, and dashboard management. Additionally, this role encompasses the Enterprise Lead Management Program, the Departmental Modern Retail website, and the Audi of Americas Certified Provider Program. In this capacity, the Digital Buying Experience Manager will provide critical insights to operational units regarding which buying experience tactics yield the best leads and highest customer satisfaction. This information is essential for Audi of America to refine its sales strategy, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency while delivering premium experiences to both current and prospective buyers. The role will also involve generating detailed data that adheres to stringent PII sensitivity rules and processes, assisting field personnel in achieving more successful consulting opportunities with their dealers. The programs and dashboards developed will serve as a foundational infrastructure for the dealer network and field personnel, offering Audi of America transparency into lead management, online digital retail tools, and showroom digital retail processes. The Manager will lead the execution of all aspects of the Enterprise Lead Management (ELMS) Program, Tier 1-3 Digital Buying Experience, Audi Certified Provider Program, Tier 3 Pricing & Disclaimer strategies, and system transformation at Audi of America and its dealerships across the United States. This includes a significant focus on process review, re-engineering, and new development, as well as system implementation and rollout.
