Responsibilities

• Identify the client's needs and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Ensure clients' concerns, such as costs, warranty questions, and appointment duration, are addressed prior to the appointment date.
• Receive inbound sales phone calls and leads in a courteous and accommodating manner.
• Confirm all client appointments prior to the appointment date, making adjustments if necessary.
• Follow up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Service Department, including attending Department meetings.
