The Automotive Internet Sales Specialist at Walter's Automotive Group and Kienle Motor Sports is responsible for managing online customer interactions and facilitating the sales process through digital platforms. This role emphasizes customer service, transparency, and teamwork to enhance the automotive buying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, maintaining regular communication to guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries and customer requests, providing accurate information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers through effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits, addressing customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Collaborate with Management to schedule test drives, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role, with a track record of managing prospects and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, CRM systems, and dealer websites.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to attentively engage with online customers, building relationships remotely and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and market conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
