About the position

The Audience Data and Analytics Manager at Hyve Group plc is responsible for managing and optimizing audience data to support various teams including Attendee Experience, Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. This role involves generating detailed reports, analyzing audience data for segmented communication plans, and driving attendee engagement and sales strategies. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure effective data usage and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize audience data for registered attendees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Produce and maintain reports tracking audience activity before events.
  • Partner with marketing to develop strategic marketing segments and lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide current audience reporting for selling purposes.

Requirements

  • Robust knowledge of HubSpot and/or similar CRM systems with a focus on data accuracy and utility.
  • Experience in generating insightful reports within CRM platforms and using external tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present data insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
