You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust research studies, analyzing data with precision, and effectively communicating findings to ensure our strategies are grounded in solid intelligence. In this role, you will develop and implement various methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis. You will conduct and moderate interviews and focus groups, extracting actionable insights to complement your quantitative analysis. Additionally, you will develop and refine audience personas and customer journey maps, ensuring that marketing efforts are targeted and relevant. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze data with statistical rigor to identify trends and challenge assumptions. You will prepare and deliver insightful reports that clearly communicate research findings to stakeholders, working closely with teams to ensure that research insights inform creative and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ethical, robust research studies adhering to industry best practices.
  • Conduct and moderate interviews and focus groups, extracting actionable insights to complement quantitative analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within a marketing function.
  • Expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) preferred.
  • Experience with surveying tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting research findings.
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or additional certifications in research or data analysis may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
  • 4 years' additional experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
