About the position

As an Audience Marketing Strategist at Veterans United Home Loans, you will collaborate with affiliate business partners to establish content strategies and create standardized training materials. This role focuses on utilizing data analytics to enhance agent performance and improve the overall agent experience through effective curriculum development and training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business coaching program, including developing a survey/feedback platform and agent onboarding and training programs.
  • Create and standardize ongoing curriculum and training materials for agents.
  • Develop performance and learning objectives and construct course content.
  • Support internal sales teams by collaborating with executives, subject matter experts, and department managers.
  • Work with affiliate marketing teams to create marketing campaigns that drive agent engagement and platform adoption.
  • Revise training materials and courses to align with changes in business practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze training course reports to measure competencies and support training completions.
  • Contribute to team culture and assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience developing training and curriculum.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and Vyond.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies suitable for an internet-based company.
