About the position

The role involves supporting audio production for events by managing equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. The individual will work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality audio experiences during shows and events, while also interacting with visiting crews and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform Load-in & Out of band equipment and rental equipment
• Set Up and Break down of Band and Event Equipment
• Cabling and patching while collaborating with the crew
• Make audio adjustments and maintain safe audio levels
• Operate Audio Control Boards
• Oversee visiting audio techs during shows
• Protect, maintain, and repair audio equipment
• Assist with production tasks throughout the venue
• Support the Production Manager with technical advances with artists' representatives
• Ensure proper care and handling of all company and rental audio equipment
• Interact with visiting production crews for successful shows
• Distribute or create audio plans
• Oversee and operate audio systems throughout the venue
• Schedule and meet audio needs for special events professionally
• Maintain relationships with local and national audio vendors
• Assist with maintenance and repair of sound, light, and stage equipment
• Assist the Stage Manager with show passes
• Help the lighting crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
• Assist with operations for special events

Requirements

• 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma
