Spit Philly is seeking motivated Audio Engineers to join our premier recording studio, specializing in hip hop, pop, and soul music. This role is designed for self-starters who are eager to promote their skills and help grow the studio's brand and client base. The position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on collaboration and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Promote yourself as an engineer of the studio to attract new clients.
• Work with clients in a professional studio setting.
• Utilize Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and/or Ableton for audio engineering tasks.
• Engage in social media promotion to enhance studio visibility.
• Maintain a fun and professional atmosphere in the recording studio.

Requirements

• Experience in audio engineering, particularly in hip hop, pop, or soul genres.
• Ability to start immediately and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to and from the studio.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media promotion.
• Familiarity with various DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations).
• Previous experience working with hip hop, R&B, or pop clients.
