About the position

The Office Technology team at Datadog is responsible for the buildout, maintenance, and improvement of the technical infrastructure in offices globally. This role focuses on supporting the Audio Visual (AV) infrastructure and network administration, ensuring that the technology in the offices enhances the employee experience and fosters collaboration. The position offers opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced team dedicated to quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Support AV infrastructure in offices globally by installing, maintaining, and upgrading conference room hardware and large presentation space hardware.
• Act as a point of escalation for AV and network issues from internal and external customers.
• Create and maintain documentation for AV configuration.
• Provide support for peers in the networking and AV space as needed.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of AV hardware and infrastructure.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Self-driven individual with strong attention to detail.
• Adept at learning new technologies and willing to stretch beyond comfort zone.
• Experience in working and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, distributed organization.
