About The Position
The AV Field Engineer II is a senior service support role responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems in the audio-visual (AV) field. This position involves testing and verifying system components, creating shop drawings, and understanding advanced system specifications. The engineer will also handle basic programming and configuration of AV equipment, oversee project installations, and assist with project closeouts and demonstrations.
