We cross the entire spectrum of business, government, healthcare, education, and entertainment, and we're currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in collaborating with Account Managers, Project Managers, and a team of Technicians to design comprehensive Audio-Visual Solutions tailored for our Enterprise Customers. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer interaction, ensuring that our solutions meet the specific needs of our clients. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to support the architecture, installation, and planning of audio, video, and control solutions. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing the capabilities of available hardware and software options, ensuring that you are up-to-date with the latest technologies in the market. Your primary task will be to design an audiovisual system that integrates various hardware and software components into a cohesive and functional system. This requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of audio-visual systems and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the service and installation of audio, video, and presentation systems. A strong knowledge of control programming, as well as proficiency in CAD Software and drawings, is essential. You will need to maintain positive and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients. Experience in a technology or construction field is preferred, and the ability to read engineering schematics and communicate design intent is crucial. Additionally, having CTS and CTS-D certifications will be considered a plus, as they demonstrate a commitment to professional development in the audio-visual field.
