About the position

The Customer and Technology Support Technician will collaborate with the events team to manage and deliver meetings and events that enhance productivity, increase sales, and strengthen customer relationships. This highly visible role requires impeccable customer service skills to ensure the flawless production and execution of live executive global meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the events team in planning by determining technological requests, requirements, objectives, and challenges for each event.
• Determine all Audio Visual and technology requirements for events, including pre-production, procurement, sourcing, testing, and rehearsing with event leads.
• Collaborate with event leads to establish all event logistics.
• Support day-of schedule changes or changes in agenda direction as needed, adapting to requests and limitations.
• Provide customer support for all technology requests during events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of professional experience in the Audio Visual technology field.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management experience and technical skills.
• Public speaking skills and a proven ability to drive projects and events to successful completion on deadline.
• Strong understanding of Audio Visual Technology and commitment to learning quickly in high-pressure situations.
