About the position

SAIC is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to support the Army Research Laboratory's IT Modernization program. This role involves providing technical support for video-teleconferencing and audiovisual events, ensuring effective delivery of IT services to support ARL's diverse research mission. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for video-teleconferencing and audiovisual events, including scheduling, set-up, and troubleshooting.
• Implement procedures, policies, and technical solutions to address AV and VTC challenges.
• Participate in the execution of AV and VTC installations and hardware upgrades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related experience, or an Associate's degree in a related discipline with one year of related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is mandatory.
