About the position

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, installing, and supporting our video conferencing solutions. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the entire process. Your responsibilities will include designing and configuring video conferencing systems based on customer needs and room specifications, as well as installing and testing video conferencing hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality. You will provide comprehensive on-site and remote technical support to customers for video conferencing and webinar issues, proactively identifying and troubleshooting technical problems, resolving them efficiently and effectively. You will maintain a deep understanding of various video conferencing platforms and stay up-to-date on industry trends, specializing in Google Meet hardware. Additionally, you will develop and deliver clear and concise user training materials for video conferencing systems. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you will be providing prompt, courteous, and professional support. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales and engineering, will be crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience for users.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure video conferencing systems based on customer needs and room specifications.
  • Install and test video conferencing hardware and software, ensuring optimal functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in video conferencing design, installation, or support.
  • Strong understanding of video conferencing technology, including hardware, software, and network protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a technical environment.
  • Experience in Webinar production support.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise explanations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
