About the position

Central Coast Head and Neck Surgeons is seeking a passionate and dedicated Audiologist to join their dynamic team in Salinas, California. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients of all ages, dispensing hearing aids, and performing additional services such as ABR testing, Auditory Processing, and BAHA. The role emphasizes a supportive work environment where the well-being and success of team members are prioritized, alongside competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients of all ages.
• Dispense hearing aids and provide related services.
• Conduct ABR testing and Auditory Processing assessments.
• Perform BAHA procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) preferred; Master's Degree Audiologist candidates are encouraged to apply.
• California licensure preferred or must be eligible for California licensure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective working relationships with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Two or more years of work experience as an Audiologist preferred, although recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
