Audiologist

About the position

We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals, helping us to disrupt the hearing aid industry while keeping the customer in the forefront.

Responsibilities

• Conducting hearing tests screenings
• Completing a disability form and other clinic paperwork/reports
• Conducting 6 - 12 appointments per day
• Providing top-end customer service and clinic service to patients
• Telehealth appointments with customers via Zoom
• Complete paperwork from in-office clinic appointments
• Reviewing hearing tests to provide a clinic judgment on results
• Programming hearing aids
• Work with our CX and Operations teams on projects
• Troubleshoot and provide customer service for hearing aid sales

Requirements

• Active Georgia Audiology License (or the ability to apply for one immediately)
• Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinic
• Experience working with veterans and/or a diverse patient population is a big plus
