About the position

The Audit Japanese Business Network (JBN) Intern position at PwC offers an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in audit and business advisory services. Interns will work closely with a team to assist private companies in various aspects of their operations, including compliance, wealth management, and strategic planning. Responsibilities

• Assist the team in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Support research, analysis, and problem-solving using various tools and techniques.
• Produce high-quality work that adheres to professional standards.
• Communicate confidently and clearly in both Japanese and English.
• Handle, manipulate, and analyze data responsibly.
• Keep up-to-date with technical developments in the area of specialization.
• Play a role in PwC's core audit services provided to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English.
• Completion of educational requirements for CPA eligibility before starting full-time.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Interest in auditing and a desire to pursue a career in public accounting.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and current accounting policies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
