• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and financial officers.
• Organize work schedules to ensure timely and priority-sensitive services to clients.
• Motivate and mentor staff, delegating assignments effectively.
• Participate in the recruitment of new staff and conduct interviews.
• Monitor and control time spent on projects, participating in billing and collection processes.
• Identify and implement value-added billing opportunities and cross-selling opportunities.
• Actively participate in business development efforts.

Requirements

• Valid CPA license.
• Experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
