As a member of the Data Governance (DG) Audit team, the candidate will execute audit programs designed to measure and report on enterprise data management and records management policies and governance. Typically acts as Auditor-in-Charge (AIC), leading audit engagements and guiding junior team members. The candidate will provide independent analysis of control effectiveness based on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company policies & standards. This role demonstrates strategic thinking and supports change. The candidate will oversee audit testing to ensure timely execution within quality standards and conformance to audit policies and procedures. They will assess issues for impact to business processes, controls, and strategies, recommend severity ratings, and escalate broad themes or trends. The candidate will draft quality and timely audit reports and share results with business leaders. They will manage business partner relationships when conducting specific audits, with primary engagement in the enterprise data management governance function. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and project management skills are required.
