Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and build positive rapport with a variety of clients.
• Lead multiple audit teams and provide performance feedback to team members at the conclusion of engagements.
• Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving issues as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions to extend services to existing clients.
• Stay informed about the latest industry developments and their impact on clients' competitive positions.
• Continue learning and adhering to the firm's standards and policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit with Life Science clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, and colleagues at all levels.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on task completion.
• Licensed CPA in the aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license.
