About the position
The Audit Manager at US TechSystems Inc. is responsible for managing and leading audit teams and projects, ensuring compliance with audit practices. This role involves developing and supervising the audit team, planning and executing audit assignments, and communicating findings effectively. The Audit Manager will also contribute to the Long-Term Internal Audit Plan and manage audit budgets and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead auditors and audit projects.
- Ensure adherence to audit practices and standards.
- Develop and supervise the audit team and engaged resources.
- Assist auditors in applying structured analysis and critical thinking.
- Contribute to the development of the Long-Term Internal Audit Plan.
- Manage the Servicing Carrier Audit Plan and audit budgets/proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or a professional insurance designation required.
- 8+ years of combined experience in operational, system, financial, and compliance auditing.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in both system auditing and financial auditing.
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
