Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in the real estate and commercial markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and value.
  • Oversee audit teams, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop strategic plans and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of professional integrity.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and other applicable standards.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm through active participation in business development and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • CPA certification is required.
  • Extensive experience in public accounting with a focus on audit services.
  • Strong expertise in real estate and commercial markets.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop audit teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A progressive career in public accounting, demonstrating growth and increasing responsibilities.
