If these values resonate with you, we would love to hear from you. As an Audit Senior, you will engage in discussions regarding engagement efficiencies and client-specific risks. You will be responsible for developing the audit approach that will be utilized by the engagement teams. Additionally, you will instruct and oversee fellow Audit and Assurance staff throughout various engagements, broadening your technical knowledge through the review of complex client transactions. Your responsibilities will also include the preparation and/or review of financial statements, completing general audit procedures such as coordinating audit closing communications, drafting client correspondence, and resolving open items. You will be expected to research technical issues using online tools and perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit a passion for superior client service, demonstrate uncompromising integrity, possess excellent project management abilities, and showcase strong leadership skills. Responsibilities

  • Dialogue over engagement efficiencies and client specific risks
  • Develop audit approach to be used by the engagement teams
  • Instruct and oversee fellow A&A Staff throughout engagements
  • Broaden technical knowledge through review of complex client transactions
  • Prepare and/or review financial statements
  • Complete general audit procedures such as coordination of audit closing communications, drafting of client correspondence, and resolving open items
  • Research technical issues using online tools
  • Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnel

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in public accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's preferred
  • CPA certified or eligibility to work toward obtaining a CPA license
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task)
