About the position

The Audit Senior Associate - Hybrid is a vital role within our accounting and auditing services team, responsible for executing client engagements and providing assurance services. This hybrid position requires both in-office and remote work, ensuring that all client engagements are completed according to professional standards while delivering high-quality client services and maintaining strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review audit and assurance reports for clients
• Conduct audit fieldwork and review of data and financial statements
• Analyze account payables and receivables
• Perform account reconciliations
• Ensure internal controls are in place
• Communicate with clients on audit or assurance related matters
• Monitor and review staff assignments
• Train and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA certification is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in audit and assurance services
• Strong financial analysis and auditing/accounting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
