This job is responsible for independently performing test work during highly complex audit activities for Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include independently designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, and establishing business partner relationships. Job expectations include evaluating the control environment, fostering an inclusive work environment, applying product, business, and technical expertise, and supporting team members with development. Reporting to a Director, this role is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance to improve the organization's operations and compliance with key regulations by evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role will perform independent testing of high profile, enterprise-wide focus areas, which will provide opportunities to further develop subject matter expertise in specialized areas that are in high demand. Audit teams work alongside the Treasury, Finance, and Risk divisions to conduct reviews of the Company's liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, asset liability management practices.
