About the position

As our Auditor in the Personal Injury Litigation department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing our case progress to ensure that we are maximizing victories on behalf of our clients. This position involves a variety of daily tasks that are essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our litigation process. You will be responsible for reviewing cases in our internal database, auditing them to ensure proper progression through litigation, and conducting thorough research using court websites and court files. Your keen eye for detail will be vital in identifying and escalating potential issues with case progress, ensuring that we address any concerns promptly. Additionally, you will track and monitor issues using a spreadsheet, which will help in maintaining an organized workflow and facilitate communication within the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in personal injury law, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of legal procedures. Your experience will enable you to contribute effectively to our mission of providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Review cases in our internal database.
  • Audit cases to ensure proper progression of our cases through litigation.
  • Research using court websites and search through court files.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues with case progress.
  • Track and monitor issues using a spreadsheet.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in litigation.
  • Experience working in Personal Injury law is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of filing procedures, including e-filing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Type at least 40 WPM.
