About the position

The Revenue Analyst position at US Tech Solutions is a temporary role focused on analyzing Education accounts, managing cash transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The analyst will work closely with the University Revenue Manager and colleges to resolve discrepancies and support audit activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily journal entries for Tuition and Fee cash account transactions.
  • Review and analyze college bank reconciliations on a quarterly basis for completeness and accuracy.
  • Analyze college's Education Department trial balances for irregularities in the general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze revenue information to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue records; reconcile to information from operations and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Compile and prepare materials for audit and external compliance activities, assist in preparing audit schedules and providing support for auditor requests.
  • Manage the collection of revenue and accounts receivable as they relate to Tuition and Fee accounts.
  • Track and maintain financial data to provide fiscal reports to management.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft ERP.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate issue resolution with colleges.
