About the position

The Auditor position is a long-term temporary role focused on supporting the client's team by ensuring accuracy, organization, and quality in various auditing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Auditing forms and reports to verify accurate and complete documentation
  • Answering and routing calls in a professional manner
  • Organizing and maintaining both electronic and paper files in State database systems
  • Preparing meeting notices and coordinating with internal and external attendees
  • Providing general administrative support to center staff
  • Conducting quality reviews of letters, reports, and website pages prior to publication
  • Updating information in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tracking documents
  • Managing centralized email inboxes, responding to inquiries, and rerouting as needed
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members on established processes and procedures
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews via WebEx and Microsoft Teams

Requirements

  • Experience with spreadsheets, tables, or similar reporting documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage program timelines
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive documents

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with databases and systems such as Access, SFS, ITSM, MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, and SharePoint
  • Experience scheduling meetings for multiple staff, including executive-level attendees
  • Experience working with forms and managing electronic tracking systems
  • Proven ability to proofread or prepare professional documents and correspondence
