About the position
As a Product Designer at Aumni, you will play a crucial role in the development of the new Company KPI product, focusing on enhancing user experience through effective design. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring that customer needs are met through intuitive design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Convey and articulate discovery insights and design decisions to other Product Designers and squad members.
- Co-own with a product manager the gathering, analysis, interpretation, documentation, and representation of customer behavior and sentiment.
- Conceive and carry out experiments using quantitative and qualitative methods to test hypotheses and solutions.
- Produce high-quality visuals consistent with best practices, aesthetics, and the Aumni brand.
- Embody an iterative approach to solving customer problems, designing shippable, observable parts that create value.
- Create experiences that positively impact customer behavior and company objectives.
- Provide quality-increasing feedback to other designers during design critique sessions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product/UX Design experience.
- Professional product design experience in web application design, demonstrated via a portfolio.
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
- Thorough verbal and written communication skills for conveying user insights and design rationale.
- Proficiency in performing exploratory user research, including user/stakeholder interviews and quantitative data gathering.
- Some proficiency in employing quantitative and qualitative methods to test hypotheses and solutions.
- Considerable knowledge of design best practices and aesthetics.
- Experience in iteratively creating products that positively impact customers and the business.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing Fintech products.
- Familiarity with the private market or venture capital industry.
- Understanding of how companies document, organize, and report on KPIs.
