The Autism Technician position involves working directly with children of all ages who have autism spectrum disorder. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while providing a fun and engaging environment for the children. Responsibilities

• Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide feedback on client progress
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Physical requirements include kneeling and sitting on the floor, standing, running, and picking up young children

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with special needs children
• Experience working in early childhood education
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
