About the position
Audi Charlotte is seeking friendly BDC Service Representatives to manage service appointment scheduling and provide exceptional customer service in a busy automotive service department. Responsibilities
- Answer Service Department calls and schedule appointments.
- Confirm appointments and respond to internet requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume service call center is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with X-time, Carmen scheduling platforms, and CDK is a plus.
