About the position

Audi Charlotte is seeking friendly BDC Service Representatives to manage service appointment scheduling and provide exceptional customer service in a busy automotive service department. This role is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for both current and potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Answer Service Department calls and schedule appointments.
  • Confirm appointments and respond to internet requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume service call center is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with X-time, Carmen scheduling platforms, and CDK is a plus.
