Responsibilities
- Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and costs.
- Utilize CCC computer estimating software to generate accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience with Direct Repair Programs (DRPs).
- Proficiency in CCC computer estimating software packages.
- I-CAR and ASE certifications are a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
