About the position
The Auto Body Technician at Caliber Collision is responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role involves using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality repairs while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Technicians are expected to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the repair center.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and tools for collision repair.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Accurately document repairs and parts used in the repair process.
Requirements
- Experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of collision repair techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Nice-to-haves
- I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with 3M Collision Repair Products.
