About the position

Euronique Inc. is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter/Designer to create and modify schematics and drawings using AutoCAD. This full-time position involves collaborating with project managers and the Principal CAD Drafter to produce accurate and detailed drawings for commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify schematics and drawings using AutoCAD.
• Work with project managers to develop drawings for customers.
• Prepare drawings and designs under the direction of the Principal CAD Drafter.
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications.
• Coordinate with the estimating team regarding model accuracy and design documentation.
• Review existing drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Examine engineering drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Document work by recording data and maintaining revisions of project drawings.
• Coordinate the collection of data for construction drawings and schematics.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working with AutoCAD.
• Associate's Degree in AutoCAD/Drafting or Design, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with 3D drawing techniques as the company advances in production techniques.
