Responsibilities

  • Review and comprehend drawings from various disciplines before initiating drafting efforts.
  • Understand project scope, specifications, and design criteria upon assignment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting is preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant industrial experience in drafting and design or related coursework is required.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD, Microstation, or both.
  • Knowledge and application of CAD drafting standards.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
