About the position

The Auto Catastrophe Repair Sales Representative at Sedgwick is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support in the hail repair process. This role involves educating customers about the benefits of the PDR repair process, achieving high repair capture rates, and providing leadership and support during on-site sales events. The position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to analyze and resolve issues, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a customer focused sales approach around the hail repair process.
  • Educate the customer on the benefit of the PDR repair process and using the Sedgwick guaranteed repair program.
  • Achieve a high-level repair capture rate per deployment.
  • Analyze and resolve customer service issues.
  • Provide on-site CAT sale leadership, direction, and support for the repair process.
  • Work with on-site leadership to develop, implement, and monitor sales approach per deployment.
  • Support local appraiser coverage, desk review, and training during off-season requirements.
  • Support CAT Repair Team Solution during events, including greeting customers, maintaining the customer waiting area, assisting with scheduling, and customer intake.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Six (6) years of sales experience or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills including call center client processes and procedures.
  • Excellent team coaching, training, facilitation, and development skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
