• Represent the Liberty brand and deliver on customer service promises.

Requirements

• Licensed claims adjuster status is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to type and multi-task in a structured paperless environment.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• College degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
