Responsibilities

  • Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
  • Engage with customers who have been in an accident, providing them with the necessary support.
  • Manage multiple moving pieces in the claims process effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management expertise.
  • Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and customer-centricity.

Requirements

  • Licensed claims adjuster status is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think critically and seek answers in a virtual environment.
  • Proficient typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
  • General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
  • College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior claims or insurance experience is a plus.
  • Engaging and outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
