About the position

The Auto Dealership Account Executive at CarDr.com is responsible for maximizing trade-in profits for auto dealerships by selling a subscription-based vehicle diagnostic service. This role involves engaging with dealerships to promote a mobile app and OBD adapter that identifies hidden issues in trade-ins, ultimately helping dealers protect their profits and enhance customer satisfaction. The position offers flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time, temporary, and contract options, with significant earning potential based on sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Sell a monthly subscription service that includes access to the mobile OBD app and the OBD adapter.
  • Engage with auto dealerships to promote the diagnostic service and its benefits.
  • Identify and target potential dealership clients to expand the customer base.
  • Provide demonstrations of the product to potential clients.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with the service.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the auto industry.
  • 5 years of sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Understanding of OBD and diagnostic codes for used cars.
