Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to diagnose a variety of automotive problems
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide accurate estimates and repair plans
- Complete necessary repairs and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and diagnostic tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards
Requirements
- Previous Auto Tech / Mechanic experience required
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and/or Master certifications are highly desired
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
