Responsibilities

• Secure financing for customers through dealership lending sources.
• Generate profit by managing the balance on vehicle purchases.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, including customer signatures and insurance information.
• Train and motivate the sales department on F&I processes and products.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all dealings with customers, co-workers, and lenders.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I)
• Strong communication skills
• Dealership experience
• Negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License
