About the position

The Auto Parts Coordinator at Caliber Collision is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing auto parts to workstations while ensuring accuracy and timely arrival in collaboration with Body Technicians. This role adheres to Caliber and OEM standards and utilizes advanced equipment to facilitate operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify parts for accuracy upon arrival.
• Distribute parts to workstations as needed.
• Confirm parts accuracy with Body Technicians.
• Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment for parts management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
