About the position

The Auto Parts Coordinator at Caliber Collision is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing auto parts to workstations while ensuring accuracy and timely arrival of parts in collaboration with Body Technicians. This role requires adherence to Caliber and OEM standards, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to facilitate operations.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify parts for accuracy upon arrival.
  • Distribute parts to workstations as needed.
  • Confirm parts arrival with Body Technicians.
  • Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment for parts management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background, criminal, and MVR checks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a production shop environment.
  • Familiarity with auto parts and repair processes.
